Kim Rooney is an international arbitrator of aviation, commercial, finance, infrastructure, investment and ITC disputes, a Hong Kong barrister and mediator. She is a member of the ICC’s International Court of Arbitration. Kim chaired the Hong Kong Law Reform Commission’s Subcommittee on Third Party Funding for Arbitration, co-drafting Part 10A of the Arbitration Ordinance Cap 609 and the Code of Conduct for Third Party Funding for Arbitration (Hong Kong). She is the editor of the IBA’s “Dispute Resolution International”, co-author of "ICCA'S Guide to the Interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention: A Handbook for Judges" 1st Edition (2012) and an ADR Contributing Editor for “Hong Kong Civil Procedure”. Kim was previously a partner of White & Case LLP, heading its Asian dispute resolution practice. She is also admitted as a Western Australia Barrister and Solicitor and a Solicitor in England and Wales. Kim is on the panels of arbitrators of many international and Mainland arbitral institutions. She is the Chair of the Hong Kong Bar Association’s Arbitration Committee and a member of the Bar’s Council. Kim lectures on international dispute resolution and advocacy including at Peking University School of Law and is listed in various international directories.

Dr. Mariel Dimsey is an international commercial and investment arbitration specialist and has recently rejoined CMS as Local Managing Partner of the Hong Kong office. She is the immediate past Secretary-General of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. Prior to her role at HKIAC, Mariel was a Partner at CMS and Co-Head of CMS International Arbitration. She has over 15 years’ experience acting as adviser and advocate in numerous international arbitrations. She also sits regularly as arbitrator and has experience as arbitrator under the HKIAC, ICC, KCAB, and DIS Rules, and in ad hoc disputes. She is on the arbitrator panels of several institutions. She is admitted to practice law in Australia and Hong Kong.
Mariel is a past co-chair of the HK45 Committee, and on the Advisory Board on Women in Law Hong Kong. She is consistently ranked in both the regional and global editions of the leading legal directories and has been involved in initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion in the legal profession for over two decades.

Jennifer Wu is a Partner at Pinsent Masons, leading the Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) team across Asia Pacific. Kitty Zheng is an associate in Shearman & Sterling’s International Arbitration Group. She frequently acts as counsel in commercial disputes and investment treaty arbitrations, including proceedings conducted under the auspices of the HKIAC, ICC and ICSID. Her experience includes disputes related to energy, construction, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and investment funds. She also represents parties in arbitration-related court proceedings as well as dispute review board procedures. Kitty receives her J.D. degree from New York University and is qualified in New York.
