OVERVIEW

We welcome all those involved in internet regulation, brand protection, dispute resolution and in particular, issues relating to domain name dispute resolution in Asia.

This year we will discuss and explore developments in the domain name registration system, Web3, monitoring systems for brand protection, AI, and technical and procedural issues for domain name dispute resolution across different jurisdictions in Asia.

The Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre ( ADNDRC ) is one of the six generic top-level domain name dispute resolution institutions in the world authorized by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ( ICANN ). It is also the first generic top-level domain name dispute resolution institution in Asia, providing general dispute resolution services related to top-level domain names ( .com, .org, .biz, .net, etc. ) since 2002.

ADNDRC is jointly operated by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Korean Internet Address Dispute Resolution Commission (KIDRC) and the Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC). Each office provides dispute resolution services related to country and region top-level domain names ( .cn, .中国, .hk, .香港, .my, .kr and .한국 ).
