HKIAC introduced provisions in its 2018 Administered Arbitration Rules to reflect the opening up of the third party funding market in Hong Kong and the wider Asia-Pacific region. With the onset of Covid-19, what does the funding market look like today? Are cash strapped organisations in the region able to seek funding to enforce legal rights, and what is the likelihood of recovery in the current climate?

She is a member of the HKIAC Council and Proceedings Committee, and Co-Chair of HKIAC's Taskforce on Third Party Funding.
