We are delighted to share that Olivia Cotes-James, a visionary leader and advocate for gender equality, will be joining us as our Guest Speaker for the breakfast session on Friday, 7 March 2025. Olivia Cotes-James is the founder and CEO of LUÜNA, an award-winning and B Corp-certified company on a mission to ensure menstruation is never a barrier to gender equality.

A recognized leader in social entrepreneurship, Olivia has received accolades such as Ernst & Young Winning Women 2025, Cartier Women's Initiative Grant Winner 2023, and Forbes 30 Under 30. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Vogue, CNN, and SCMP, solidifying her impact in driving systemic change for menstrual equity.

Join us for a moderated discussion led by Dr. Mariel Dimsey of the Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge APAC (ERA Pledge), and Kiran Sanghera of Women in Arbitration (WIA), as they explore how inclusive leadership drives innovation in the legal and broader business sectors.

We hope you can join us for an inspiring morning of connection and learning with industry leaders.

We look forward to seeing you there.
