Please join us for the first of a two-part "East Meets West" seminar series. The seminars aim to engage arbitration practitioners from Eastern and Western parts of the world in a discussion on differences in legal systems, traditions, and cultures and how these differences influence international arbitration proceedings. In this seminar, we will explore differences in legal systems and cultures, how they manifest procedurally and substantively in the arbitration proceedings, and how to present cases effectively when appearing before culturally and regionally diverse tribunals.
