Join us for an afternoon with Dr. Claudia Winkler from The Negotiation Academy, where we explore the fascinating intersection of negotiation and human behavior.  

In this workshop, participants will immerse themselves in the psychological underpinnings of negotiation strategy and decision-making. 

Through interactive exercises and two role-playing simulations, you will explore how to make the world of negotiation psychology work for yourself in your negotiations. Topics include:

• Interest-based negotiation and its persuasive power; 
• Game theory in win-win negotiation;
• Anchoring in competitive bargaining; and
• Framing and other unconscious biases. 

Additionally, we are pleased to invite participants joining the Training Workshop to the Young ICCA After Party, sponsored by BRG, which will take place at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 7 May 2024 from 9.30pm to 12am.
