On the occasion of the 16th Vis East Moot, which will be held in Hong Kong between 31 March and 7 April 2019, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the Vienna International Arbitral Centre will hold a seminar to discuss issues concerning the applicable law to the arbitration agreement, the admissibility of illegally obtained evidence, and the legal and evidentiary positions across related proceedings.
