In celebration of International Women's Day (IWD), HK45, in collaboration with the Ciarb East Asia Branch's Young Members Group, warmly invites you to an interactive panel and group discussion, followed by a networking reception on 5 March 2025.
This year's theme is "Journey through Diversity: Perspectives from Young Women and Their Male Allies" featuring voices from both women arbitration practitioners and their supportive male allies.

The panelists will share their experiences and insights on overcoming gender-specific challenges throughout their careers, achieving work-life balance, and the role of arbitration institutions in promoting diversity and equality.
Following the panel discussion, we will host facilitated small group discussions, a Q&A session, and a networking drinks reception.
