HKIAC announces the launch of the next Tribunal Secretary Training Programme, marking the 10th Anniversary of this pioneering programme since its establishment in 2015. As the first arbitral institution to offer this programme, HKIAC aims to train the next generation of qualified tribunal secretaries worldwide around the world. Over 200 professionals have benefitted from the Programme, which complements our HKIAC tribunal secretary service.

The upcoming Programme will take place from 4 to 6 June in Manila. Guided by experienced instructors, participants will receive practical training on the role of tribunal secretaries through various forms of discussions and exercises.

We look forward to welcoming new participants and continuing to enhance the skills and expertise of those in the arbitration field.

Notes:

1. The programme will be conducted in English.

2. Participants must attend in-person in Manila.

3. Places are limited and candidates will be selected based on their experience in dispute resolution and arbitration. Prior experience as a Tribunal Secretary is not necessary. Please register your interest by clicking the "Register" button and uploading your CV. Application results will be announced on Wednesday, 23 April 2025 through email.

4. A non-refundable registration fee will be due upon successful enrollment.

5. The programme includes a written assessment component.

6. Exam results will be released to participants via email.

7. Participants who have successfully completed the assessment will receive a Certificate of Completion and will be listed on HKIAC's website.

8. This programme is mainly designed for junior law practitioners. Please feel free to extend our invitation to your contacts.

Remarks: Programme materials will be made available in soft copy upon successful enrollment.
