Join Nina Harding for an interactive and entertaining session on convergent and divergent thinking. Nina will discuss Sam Kaner's model of Group Dynamics, and how to discuss conflict and build collaborative teams. This talk will be relevant to leaders, mediators, lawyers and anyone who works with groups and want to resolve conflict and improve relationships. As always, Nina will share stories from her busy Sydney-based mediation practice.


Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the seminars will not be held physically but conducted online via ZOOM. This is the workshop which will highlight the theory and approaches for improving collaboration in groups, understanding how to get parties to collaborate and problem solve.

The workshop includes at least 15mins of Q&A). Topics to be covered or shared by Nina include:

  • Kaner's Diamond of Participatory Decision Making;
  • Understanding group dynamics;
  • Building Collaboration in teams;
  • The importance of cooperation.


This Webinar will be run in English from 12:30pm to 2:00pm on 26 March 2021 (Friday), and targets both General and Family Mediators and all Legal Practitioners.
