Peter is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with 35 years experience in the construction industry working in different jurisdictions around the world under various procurement methods and forms of contract. Peter specialises in the role of a neutral third-party to assist stakeholders to avoid, minimise and resolve disputes in the creation, operation and maintenance of built assets. In this capacity, he has acted as arbitrator, dispute resolution advisor, expert witness, and mediator. Peter is a member on the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator’s Presidential Panel of Commercial and Civil Mediators, a member of the HKIAC and HKMAAL’s Panel of General Mediators, and a member of the JMHO’s Panel of Mediators. Peter is a HKMAAL approved trainer on its Stage 1 Accredited Mediation Course.

Stephen graduated from The University of Hong Kong in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts (Architectural Studies) degree and with a Bachelor of Building degree in 1982. He is a Registered Professional Surveyor (QS) with fellow membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and membership of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is on the Lists of Arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the joint Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Architects. Mr. Lee has 39 years’ experience in quantity surveying and commercial management working in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia. He joined the Chun Wo Group during 1998-2005 and has rejoined the Group in 2011. He has been appointed as Director (Commercial) of Chun Wo Construction and Engineering Company Limited since August 2011 and currently the Chief Executive Officer of Chun Wo Construction Holdings Company Limited. Mr. Lee is also the Director of Legal and Commercial of the Asia Allied Infrastructure Group.

Stanley is a Solicitor admitted in the High Court of HKSAR, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Chartered Construction Manager and an Accredited NEC4 Project Manager. He has over 35 years of experience serving the construction industry and has worked for reputable developers, consultants and contractors on building, heavy civil engineering, railway and other infrastructure projects in Hong Kong, Macau, China, the Middle East and Australia. Stanley specialises in construction law, contract administration, project management, tendering strategies, Public–Private Partnerships and resolution of construction disputes through mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. He also advises on the use of NEC contracts.

Stanley is the Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong Mediation Council.

HF is a Professor of Practice at University of Hong Kong. Whilst working as an academic, he is also practising as a barrister, arbitrator and mediator. HF is a member of the Panel of General Accredited Mediators of Hong Kong Mediation Accreditation Association Limited (HKMAAL). He is also a member of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre Mediator Accreditation Committee and its Panel of General Accredited Mediators. Besides, he is a member of the Joint Panel of Mediators of Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the list of Mediators of Hong Kong Bar Association and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators. He is an invited mediator of the International Court of Mediation of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. In addition, HF is the Vice-Chairperson of the Council of HKMAAL, a member of Land Development Advisory Committee and a member of the Building Committee of Hong Kong Housing Authority.
