(This Webinar is organised by the Hong Kong Mediation Council and supported by Deacons)
Mediation is a popular means to resolve construction disputes. Typically mediators are practising mediation of facilitative model in which the mediator will not express any view on the dispute or give any advice. In recent years there has been discussion concerning whether mediators could assist more by adopting an evaluative approach in addition to a facilitative model. The speakers in this webinar are experienced mediators, parties' representatives and users and they will share their views on the use of evaluative approach for mediating construction disputes from different perspectives.
This Webinar will be run via Webex in English from 06:30pm to 08:00pm on Thursday 22nd April 2021, and targets both General Mediators and professionals from the Construction and Legal industries.
Registrants will receive the Webex details for joining the Webinar 1or 2 days before the Webinar.
