Stanley is a Solicitor admitted in the High Court of HKSAR, a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, a Chartered Construction Manager and an Accredited NEC4 Project Manager. Stanley specialises in construction law, contract administration, project management, tendering strategies, Public–Private Partnerships and resolution of construction disputes through mediation, adjudication, arbitration and litigation. He has over 35 years of experience serving the construction industry and has worked for reputable developers, consultants and contractors. Projects that Stanley has participated include building, heavy civil engineering, railway and other infrastructures which are scattered in Asia (Hong Kong, China, Macau, Philippines and Cambodia), Middle East (Kuwait and Abu Dhabi), Africa (Chad and Cameroon) and Australasia (Australia and New Zealand).
Stanley is the reigning Vice-Chairman of Hong Kong Mediation Council.
