We invite you to join us in an interactive hybrid workshop on business valuation and assessment of damages, co-hosted by BRG and HK45. The workshop will take place on 15 November 2022, 5:00 PM – 6:30 PM HKT.
The workshop is targeted towards legal practitioners at all levels and will be especially useful for those who regularly deal with valuation and quantum issues in a legal dispute. The workshop will:
- provide a guide to the conceptual framework of valuation, which participants can use to assess a valuation based on first principles without crunching numbers;
- delve further into details with valuation considerations for climate change related risks and opportunities.
