The first two months of an arbitration are usually critical for the overall progression of proceedings. This workshop is aimed at preparing arbitrators who have received (or are close to receiving) their first appointments as arbitrator for the first two months of an arbitration.

Important topics such as initial correspondence, managing non-participating parties, and preparation of Procedural Order No. 1 will be discussed. Please note that this is an interactive event to which participants are expected to actively contribute.

This event is free of charge, but applicants are kindly asked to submit a brief CV and statement setting out their interest in the event. Space is limited and successful participants will be notified by email. This is solely an in-person event, with no option for virtual participation.
