Professor Christine Loh, SBS, JP, OBE, Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite, is Chief Development Strategist at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She was Under Secretary for the Environment in the HKSAR Government (2012-17), Special Consultant to the Chief Executive on the mainland’s ecological civilisation policy (2019-2020), and a Member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council (1992-97 and 1998-2000). Loh has been active in public policy and politics since the 1980s. She founded and was the CEO of the non-profit think tank, Civic Exchange (2000-12), and helped to establish several non-profit organizations in Hong Kong related to the environment, equal opportunity, arts and culture, as well as human rights.

Professor Loh is currently a board member of Global Maritime Forum, New Forests Pty Ltd, Towngas Smart Energy Company Limited, and is Asia Society’s Scholar in Residence (2023-2024). She is also a Steering Committee member of the United Nations International Organization for Migration’s new Climate Mobility Innovation Lab. She taught a course at Anderson School of Management, University of California at Los Angeles on nonmarket risks for five years (2018-22). She is a published author of many academic and popular works. Loh is a lawyer by training, and a commodities trader by profession. She received her legal training in England, and received honorary degrees of Doctor of Law from the University of Hull and Doctor of Science from the University of Exeter.

Carmen Tsang, Executive Director, Head of Sustainable Investment Banking for Greater China, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, is an experienced finance professional with a specialised focus on impact investing and sustainable finance. She joined the Crédit Agricole CIB Sustainable Banking team in 2018, where her contributions in green structuring have been pivotal for several milestone transactions across Asia Pacific, including the inaugural and subsequent Hong Kong SAR Government Green Bonds, debut South Korea Government Green Sustainability Bond, ICBC’s mega Greater Bay Green Bond, AIIB’s Sustainable Development Bond Framework. She represents Crédit Agricole CIB as the Co-chair of Green Investment Principles of the Belt and Road. Carmen holds a BBA degree majoring in Global Business and Operations Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. She is a certified ESG Analyst of the EFFAS, and an advisor to HKUST’s upcoming Green Finance bachelor degree programme.

James Kwan is an International Arbitration partner who leads the International Arbitration practice in Hong Kong. He is a member of Hogan Lovells’ International Arbitration Global Steering Committee leadership team. He specialises in technology, private equity, energy, and life sciences disputes, and has a range of international experience, having represented clients in arbitrations in Asia, the U.S., Middle East, and Europe under the major institutional and ad hoc rules, such as ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC, LCIA, AAA, DIAC, and UNCITRAL. James has also sat as arbitrator and rendered awards in HKIAC, ICC, and DIAC arbitrations, and in addition is on the CIETAC, LCIA, SHIAC and KCAB and AIAC panels. James is a solicitor advocate with Higher Rights of Audience before the Hong Kong courts. James has sat as a Temporary Judicial Registrar in the High Court of Hong Kong and as a District Court Judge. James is widely recognised as a leading individual in International Arbitration by major legal directories.

Kiran Sanghera is Deputy Secretary-General at HKIAC and current Co-chair of the Institutions Taskforce and Global Steering Committee Member of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations (CGA). She previously worked at HKIAC as Special Counsel at HKIAC, where she led the HKIAC's domain name dispute resolution team and oversaw HKIAC's business development activities. Kiran also worked as Counsel at HKIAC handling the administration of commercial arbitrations involving parties from Asia, Europe and the Americas. Kiran was formerly a member of the CGA Green Protocols Taskforce and past Co-chair of HK45 (2018-2020).

Kiran has been identified as one of the future leaders in the field of arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region in Arbitration in 2025 by Who's Who Legal.
