Overview
ADNDRC provides comprehensive online dispute resolution services for resolving domain name disputes including those arising out of gTLDs, new gTLDs and certain ccTLDs. It has been a dispute resolution service provider accredited by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) since 2002 and provides services under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
Based on two decades of experience, the ADNDRC Practice Development Workshop aims to provide best practice guidelines, tips on addressing procedural issues and the latest case updates relating to complex domain name dispute resolution decisions. For those on ADNDRC's panel this is an opportunity to engage with the ADNDRC team.
