Sebastian is a Fellow of CIArb and is accredited as a WIPO Approved Neutral. He is an Arbitrator and Mediator with WIPO, HKIAC, ICC, SCIA and AIAC. Sebastian is also a leading domain name panelist with WIPO, HKIAC, HKIAC, ADNDRC, FORUM and AIAC. He has handed down more than 700 domain name decisions to date, in both English and Chinese language.
Sebastian has handled numerous arbitration matters administered by HKIAC and ICC, both as arbitrator, and as counsel.

Matthew is head of Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property practice in Asia Pacific. Matthew covers contentious and non-contentious intellectual property and extensive experience across the Asia-Pacific region.

Matthew advises clients across a range of sectors including electronics, pharma, communications, IT, media and food & beverage. Working on major IP litigation, I manage complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes, working closely with our network of partner firms. I also develop case strategies across the different legal and regulatory environments in Asia-Pacific. I have represented some of the world's leading companies in life sciences and electronics.

Ronald is a practicing barrister and joined the bar in 2016. Prior to joining the Bar, Ronald trained as a solicitor and studied Civil Engineering/Computer Science in Australia.

His practice focuses on the areas of probate and trust, company law, commercial disputes, construction disputes, sale of goods disputes, commercial arbitration, insolvency, intellectual property and land law matters. He is also developing a practice in the areas of TMT and intellectual property.

In the sphere of intellectual property matters involving technology, Ronald has been involved in disputes involving issues arising from website infringement, disputes regarding manufacturing of processing units, software development and solar panels.

He is also the current Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) Young Members Group.

Winnie is well-recognised as a leading intellectual property silk. She now devotes over half of her legal practice to international arbitration, in both English and Chinese, on commercial and investments disputes, some with intellectual property issues. She is a member of the Appointments Committee and the Co-Chair of Women in Arbitration (WIA) of the HKIAC, and continues to teach in a an arbitration course offered to Peking University students.
Winnie is a Recorder of the Court of First Instance, High Court of HKSAR, and continues to run a substantial practice in court advocacy work. She holds a number of public and professional appointments including in the Communications Authority, the Hong Kong Advocacy Training Council, the Law Reform Commission, and eBRAM that spearheads the use of lawtech in online legal management services including arbitration and mediation, and the CE’s Council of Advisors on Innovation and Strategic Development.

Ms. Xiaojun Wang is Counsel in HKIAC’s arbitration team. She administers cases in English and Chinese. Prior to joining HKIAC, Xiaojun worked as an attorney at international and PRC law firms in Beijing and Hong Kong, specialising in cross-border dispute resolution. She also previously interned at the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes.
