The BIICL Comparative Arbitration Workshop brings together practitioners, academics and policy-makers to discuss international arbitration from a comparative perspective. Panel 1 will examine the emerging approaches in international arbitration in the new world order while Panel 2 will reflect upon the empirical findings of the recent report of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and Allen & Overy 'Costs, Damages and Duration in Investor-State Arbitration.'
