Mrs Vicky Cheng is presently a Centre supervisor, a family mediation supervisor, a parenting coordinator, and a counselor at the Hong Kong Catholic Marriage Advisory Council. She has been devoting herself to the family mediation and co-parenting service for over 20 years. Her focus of work is mainly to provide co-parenting counseling, family mediation, parenting coordination, children work, co-parenting workshops and therapeutic groups for high conflict divorced parents and their children.

She conducts training at the Accredited Family Mediation Courses and provides clinical supervision to the mediation trainees. In addition, she is the co-author of “The Skill and Practical work in Family Mediation”, published chapters and booklets on family mediation skills, co-parenting guidelines and different co-parenting models in working with the divorced families.

Christina had been doing family services and service development work over 20 years in the Hong Kong Family Welfare Society. Recent years, her work focus is on the development of pioneer and evident-based services to support divorce and blended families. She has been supervising the Divorce Service Team of the HKFWS to pilot various services to enhance wellbeing of divorce and blended families. For examples, introduced the CPI Parenting Coordination Model to Hong Kong to work with high conflict divorce families and published the Chinese Co-parenting Manual “兒童為本•離異父母共享親職手冊” etc. Guided by the “Child-focused” value and mission on “Create Two Happy Homes for Children”, Christina also contributed to the establishment of the first Children Contact Centre in Hong Kong in 2016 and has committed to promote knowledge exchange on co-parenting and children contact work among cross sectors.

Josephine is a solicitor and a mediation trainer. She is an Accredited General Mediator, Family Mediator and Family Mediation Supervisor. She is a Committee Member of HKMC, and Co-Chairperson of the Commercial Interest Group and member of the Family Interest Group of HKMC. She started mediating in 2004 and has a wealth of experience in both mediating and teaching mediation.
