(This Webinar is organised by Hong Kong Mediation Council - a division of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre)

Funded by the Government, 5 co-parenting services centers were set up in different areas in Hong Kong in 2020. These centers provide support and services for children and parents in separation and divorce. What is co-parenting? What are the benefits and challenges? What are the work and services of the co-parenting centers? What mediators and the legal profession need to know about co-parenting in Hong Kong?

The Webinar will be run in Cantonese via Zoom, and will cover the following topics:-

  • The development and overview of the co-parenting services for divorcing families in Hong Kong
  • Parent divorce and Child-focused Co-parenting;
