Mustafa specialises in addressing issues of valuation, damages and accounting in complex commercial and investment treaty disputes, including M&A, private equity, joint venture, shareholder, breach of contract, financial services, and intellectual property disputes. He has been instructed as an expert in international arbitration and in court. His experience spans matters involving the ICC, UNCITRAL, HKIAC, DIAC, and CIETAC, and in the courts of the UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Ireland, the Cayman Islands, the BVI, Bermuda, and the Bahamas.

Lydia has extensive experience in evaluating damages and preparaing valuations in the context of commercial arbitration and litigation proceedings. She has experience in APAC-related matters and with business across various sectors. She has been involved in arbitrations with the HKIAC and SIAC and in litigations in Hong Kong and offshore courts.
