HK45 is delighted to announce our next Fireside Chat with the Honourable Mr. Justice Fok PJ.

 

Mr. Justice Fok is currently a Permanent Judge at the Hong Kong Court of Final Appeal and serves on the Court of Final Appeal Rules Committee.  Prior to that, he became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators in 1997. In 1999, he was appointed a Senior Counsel and continued in private practice at the Bar until his full-time appointment to the Bench in 2010. He was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1991 and practised on a part-time basis in that jurisdiction between 2002 and 2006.

 

From 2003 to 2009, Mr Justice Fok was a Recorder of the Court of First Instance. He was appointed a Judge of the Court of First Instance in 2010 and a Justice of Appeal in 2011.
