He is the head of BRG’s eDiscovery and Forensics practice in Asia–Pacific. He has over 18 years of experience in forensic consulting, compliance investigations, information governance, eDiscovery, data identification and collection, and management of document review in both contentious and non-contentious matters. Mr. Gunawan is a testifying expert in the area of computer forensics and eDiscovery and has sworn in Australia, UK, US and most recently Grand Cayman, courts. He is a certified Legal Lean Sigma practitioner and holds various computer forensics accreditations.

He has over ten years of consulting experience in forensics and eDiscovery and is an expert in managing complex procedures in cross-border disputes, international arbitrations and insolvency matters. Before joining BRG, Mr. Lim worked for a specialist consulting firm, where he headed the Singapore and Hong Kong practice for eDiscovery and consulting matters, and supported large-scale matters in other parts of the world. He also has significant experience in internal investigations and regulatory compliance.

Luke Groth is a Partner in PwC Hong Kong’s Forensic Services practice and leads the Forensic Technology team. He assists clients with complex engagements related to fraud, disputes and regulatory response - using computer forensics, fraud detection analytics and data-driven investigation techniques. Luke has acted as an expert witness in a HKIAC case requiring cyber forensics. Luke received his Bachelor of Computer Science from Macquarie University, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Brent Sellors is an Associate Director in the Forensic Services practice of PwC Hong Kong. Brent advises on risk and compliance matters for financial institutions and cryptocurrency-focused businesses. He has led the development of PwC Hong Kong’s forensic services capability in the cryptocurrency and digital asset sectors. He has conducted mandates for virtual asset service providers involving the investigation of source and use of funds raised in a token sale process, the development of compliance operating models and the regulatory-drive evaluation of financial crime-related internal controls.
