- The programme will be conducted in English.
- Participants will be required to complete a written assessment as part of the programme.
- A non-refundable registration fee is payable upon successful enrollment.
- Programme materials and pre-recorded lectures will be provided in soft copy upon successful enrollment.
- Participants who successfully complete the workshop will receive a certificate of participation.
Who should attend:
- Practitioners who are already on the HKIAC's panel or list; or
- Practitioners without experience as an arbitrator but demonstrate substantial experience in arbitration (whether as counsel, expert witness or instructing solicitor) with at least ten years of arbitration experience.
Successful applicants will be notified within two weeks upon registration to process payment of the registration fees. Your registration is successful only upon receipt of full payment. The application will close at 6pm on 4 April 2025.
