Mediation plays well in workplace environment, especially for those conflicts in relation to COVID-19. COVID-19 has affected not only the economy, but also the way we work.

In the pandemic of COVID-19, both employers and employees are faced with multiple challenges at workplace. This workshop explores the potential areas of conflict, and how mediation provides a process of dispute resolution for the benefit of all parties. The speakers will also share with the audience some cases which mediation works in the workplace.

  • Workplace Conflicts in the Pandemic and cases sharing;
  • Workplace Conflict mediation case sharing – Client being the company; and
  • Skills and tips for junior mediators.


The Webinar will be conducted in Cantonese.
