(This Webinar is organised by Hong Kong Mediation Council - a division of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre)
HKMC takes pride in bringing to you a webinar in an exciting fire-side chat format about Mediation in India - the speaker for which is an established ADR practitioner. Currently there are no formal requirements to be a mediator in India, but India's proposed Mediation Bill 2021 seeks to inter alia legally require participation in pre-litigation mediation. This webinar will provide you with an overview of Mediation in India and talk about the pros and cons of the proposed Mediation Bill 2021.
The Webinar will be run in English via Zoom.
