In the talk, the two prominent speakers will share with us their experience in what types of construction dispute are more effective in adopting mediation to resolve the dispute rather than arbitration or litigation, from the perspective of an arbitrator and the party's legal representative, with examples based on the cases they involved.
This webinar session will be moderated by Mr. CHEUNG Tat Tong, JP. Mr. Cheung is a past chairman of HKMC's Construction Mediation Interest Group.
