Ran is a litigation counsel at Shanghai Lang Yue Law Firm, A&O’s joint operation partner in China. Ran has extensive experience in representing multinational and Chinese companies in complex cross-border dispute resolution, investigation and compliance matters in a number of industries, including oil & gas, energy, financial services, and real estate, etc. He is an expert in PRC procedural issues and regularly provides clients with his on-the-ground insights in the context of potential and actual litigations.

Xianglin is a partner in Han Kun Beijing office. Xianglin focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration, foreign-related arbitration in China, and cross-border commercial dispute resolution. He has significant experience in assisting foreign clients and multinational companies to resolve China-related commercial disputes, as well as in assisting domestic large-scale enterprises to deal with overseas commercial disputes. Xianglin is named to the arbitrator lists of multiple arbitral institutions such as HKIAC, CIETAC, the China Maritime Arbitration Commission, and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration, and is among the first lawyers to be elected into the National List of 1,000 Foreign-related Lawyers, released by the PRC Ministry of Justice.

Joanne is a partner in Allen & Overy’s Global Arbitration Group based in Hong Kong. She represents clients in international commercial arbitrations and investment treaty arbitrations, including as an advocate. Joanne has extensive experience acting in arbitrations under major institutional rules, including HKIAC, ICC, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules, involving multiple jurisdictions. She also regularly advises on arbitration-related court matters. She has experience in a range of complex cross-border disputes, including disputes relating to post-M&A matters, joint ventures, private equity, etc. Joanne is the Co-Chair of the HK45, the HKIAC’s young arbitration practitioner body.

Arthur is a partner in DaHui Lawyers’ litigation and arbitration team. Over the years, he has accumulated extensive experience in commercial arbitration involving foreign interests, and is adept at cross-border disputes and enforcement of foreign arbitral awards. Prior to joining DaHui, Arthur worked with major international and PRC law firms in their Shanghai, London, Washington DC, Hong Kong and Beijing offices for more than 12 years. During this period, he represented clients in both domestic and foreign litigation and arbitration proceedings under different jurisdictions and different laws and rules. Arthur has also attended nearly twenty international arbitration hearings and obtained rich experience in hearing advocacy. Qiqi is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Shanghai office, and practises cross-border disputes, including international arbitration, white collar defense and litigation. Before joining Quinn Emanuel, Qiqi worked as Counsel at the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, where she supervised over 100 administered arbitrations under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules as well as the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules, and acted as appointing authority in ad hoc arbitrations.
