HKIAC is delighted to be returning to the Philippines to deliver this full-day conference on 8 October. With an outstanding line up of speakers and panellists, the program will focus on the latest trends in international arbitration across Asia, including China related trade disputes, ESG, and Joanne Lau, HKIAC Secretary General will provide an update on the 2024 Administered Arbitration Rules that came into effect on 1st June. 

The conference will conclude with a cocktail reception providing an opportunity for networking with industry experts, colleagues and members of the arbitration community.
