Overview

In celebration of International Women's Day, HK45 together with Young ArbitralWomen Practitioners is pleased to launch "Spill the T", a new off-the-grid, small group chat series for young practitioners to meet each other, share personal experiences, ask questions, and engage in frank discussions on gender-related challenges they have encountered. Throughout the series, we will be covering topics including gender bias, family and career, mental health and much more. Each session will also be attended by one or two experienced practitioners for advice sharing.

For this inaugural session, we will talk about gender bias – when you feel unsure if someone is biased(consciously or subconsciously), how to react when it happens, and whether it gets better when you have "made it"… Come with your stories and questions, and we will talk about them all.

This event is open to everyone regardless of gender, although participation will be capped at 10 people each time by registration on a first-come first-serve basis. Sign up now to secure your spot and get ready to spill some tea!

*Successful registrants will be notified through HKIAC email.
