The panel will explore the effective use of courts in supporting arbitrations, some common arbitration-related applications brought before the court and the approach of the courts in Australia and Hong Kong to arbitration-related proceedings.

This session will be conducted as a hybrid in-person / webinar event in Hong Kong and Adelaide.
