Overview

You are warmly invited to attend a joint ACICA45 and HK45 event considering the role of the courts in arbitration in Australia and Hong Kong. The panel will explore the effective use of courts in supporting arbitrations, some common arbitration-related applications brought before the court and the approach of the courts in Australia and Hong Kong to arbitration-related proceedings.


This session will be conducted as a hybrid in-person / webinar event in Hong Kong and Adelaide.

For those able to attend in person in Adelaide, the event is kindly being hosted by LK. The address is Level 23, 25 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Attendees are invited to meet and share a drink at LK's offices from 5:00pm. To confirm your attendance, please register using the link above to manage social distancing and for catering purposes.


For those able to attend in person in Hong Kong, the event is kindly being hosted by HKIAC. The address is 38th Floor Two Exchange Square, 8 Connaught Place, Central, Hong Kong. A separate confirmation email will be sent by HK45 to confirm your attendance.
