Join us for a sunset cruise along the iconic Hong Kong Harbour and a lively debate over a seafood dinner on the eve of Hong Kong Arbitration Week!
Hosted by HK45, Ciarb (EAB) YMG and Young ITA, this exclusive event offers a chance for young arbitration practitioners to connect and engage with each other on topical issues in their arbitration practice, while enjoying views of the majestic Hong Kong skyline.
The junk boats will depart at 4:30pm and cruise along the harbour to a mystery location for a seafood dinner, during which each table will field a speaker to entertain us with a debate on topical issues affecting young arbitration practitioners. The junk boats will return at around 8:30pm.
This event is open to all arbitration practitioners who will be in Hong Kong during the 2024 Hong Kong Arbitration Week, old and young, regardless of whether or not they are HK45, Young ITA and Ciarb (EAB) YMG members.
The junks have been provided courtesy of our generous sponsors A&O Shearman, Herbert Smith Freehills, and Mayer Brown.
The deadline for registration is 4 October 2024. Participants will be informed by 11 October 2024 whether their registration is successful.
Note, there is a registration fee of HK$500, which will be collected about your successful registration being confirmed. The HK$500 includes the cost of the junk trip, dinner and 1 drink. There is no corkage charge, so please feel free to bring a bottle to share.
