Kaplan CBE QC SBS
International arbitrator at Arbitration Chambers
Neil Kaplan CBE QC SBS is a British subject who has been engaged for over 40 years in dispute resolution as a barrister in England, a government lawyer in Hong Kong, a practising Queen’s Counsel in Hong Kong, and a Judge of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong in charge of the Construction and Arbitration List.
Since 1995, Neil has practised solely as an international arbitrator.
Eric Ng
Managing Counsel at HKIAC
Eric Ng is Managing Counsel at the Hong Kong International Arbitration centre. Prior to joining HKIAC, Eric worked for several years as a barrister-at-law in Hong Kong focusing primarily on international commercial and construction arbitration and litigation. He has also written on issues of third party funding, investor-state dispute settlement, and commercial arbitration. Eric previously served as Adjunct Professor at the University of International Business and Economics lecturing in advocacy and investor-state arbitration. He has a BS from Babson College, Massachusetts, MSc E-Commerce from the University of Hong Kong, PCLL and JD from City University of Hong Kong, and a BCL from the University of Oxford.

Jason Woolridge is the director of eHearings at Epiq, where he leads the company’s electronic hearings business unit. Woolridge has significant experience consulting with clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, and assists clients in a variety of areas.
