Following last year's success, we are delighted to announce the 2nd edition of the WE GROW Mentorship and Coaching Programme (the "Programme").
We invite applications for We Grow's edition 2022-2023.
The Programme aims to provide confidential and effective mentoring/coaching scheme to support young female arbitral professionals to develop their career and leadership skills & competence, particularly to the WIA members.
What we offer：
The Programme consists of two sub-programs – the Mentorship Programme and the Coaching Programme:
Mentorship Programme: targeting junior practitioners (age up to 35 years old or <10 years of experience in the field) to be matched with a more experienced practitioner (a mentor).
Coaching Programme: targeting more senior practitioners (aged above 35 years old or >10 years of experience in the field) to be matched with a more experienced practitioner (a coach).
How does it work:
Upon admission to the Programme, the mentees and coachees will be matched with our mentors and coaches.
The Programme runs for one year (it can be, however, subject to change in case of participants in an individual relationship). We provide guidelines on what both parties can and should expect from the Programme (incl. how parties can contact each other, how they can potentially interact etc.; again, this can be further designed by individuals in a given relationship). To further support both sides, we offer a point of contact to ask any questions related to the Programme, both before and after the matching. The contact email address is WIA.firstname.lastname@example.org.
Among the gains of the Programme are:
