Women in Arbitration (WIA) is pleased to launch the "WIA Coffee Roulette 2025" series, a platform for arbitration practitioners worldwide to connect with each other and engage in cross-cultural exchange. The events will be held every two months via Zoom or hybrid.

Each event will have two parts:

1. A 30-minute plenary discussion between a WIA host and a guest speaker.
2. Followed by a 30-minute networking session. Online participants will be paired in Zoom breakout room for a private and informal chat.

Kiran Sanghera is Deputy Secretary-General at HKIAC and current Co-chair of the Institutions Taskforce and Global Steering Committee Member of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations (CGA). She previously worked at HKIAC as Special Counsel at HKIAC, where she led the HKIAC's domain name dispute resolution team and oversaw HKIAC's business development activities. Kiran also worked as Counsel at HKIAC handling the administration of commercial arbitrations involving parties from Asia, Europe and the Americas. Kiran was formerly a member of the CGA Green Protocols Taskforce and past Co-chair of HK45 (2018-2020). Kiran has been identified as one of the future leaders in the field of arbitration in the Asia-Pacific region in Arbitration in 2025 by Who's Who Legal.
