Mediation plays well in workplace environment, especially for those conflicts in relation to COVID-19. COVID-19 has affected not only the economy, but also the way we work.
In the pandemic of COVID-19, both employers and employees are faced with multiple challenges at workplace. This workshop explores the potential areas of conflict, and how mediation provides a process of dispute resolution for the benefit of all parties. The speakers will also share with the audience some cases which mediation works in the workplace.
- Workplace Conflicts in the Pandemic and cases sharing;
- Workplace Conflict mediation case sharing – Client being the company; and
- Skills and tips for junior mediators.
The Webinar will be conducted in Cantonese.

As a Founder of ALPS Consultancy Ltd, Angel has acted as a business partner to SMEs. She has overseen HR administration, provided advisory services, designed and planned HR projects such as compensation & benefit program, employee policy creation, HR system setup etc.

Stephanie is a Solicitor for over 40 years. Since 2004, Stephanie has mediated over General and Family cases in the Courts and Copyright Tribunal, in disputes involving Intellectual Property, Contracts, Commercial, Family divorce, custody and maintenance, Probate, Personal Injury, Medical and miscellaneous claims.
