法学博士，香港国际仲裁中心副秘书长兼上海代表处首席代表。杨玲毕业于武汉大学国际法研究所，获得法学博士和法学硕士学位。加入 HKIAC 之前，杨玲是华东政法大学国际法学院副教授，从事国际仲裁的教学、实践和研究超过八年。杨玲曾在法国马赛第三大学（2007-2008）和美国波士顿大学（2016-2017）从事访问学者研究，并作为独立观察员参与联合国国际贸易法委员会第二工作组的活动。在商事仲裁和投资仲裁领域，杨玲已出版专著两本及发表论文 30 余篇。也是 《上海国际仲裁评论》的执行主编。另外，杨玲具有中国律师资格且担任多家仲裁机构的仲裁员，近期也在中国仲裁机构的数起案件中被委任为仲裁员。

Dr. Ling Yang is Deputy Secretary-General of Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Chief Representative of the Shanghai Office. She obtained a PhD in 2009 and an LLM in International Law in 2006 from Wuhan University. Prior to joining HKIAC, Ling was an Associate Professor at the East China University of Political Science and Law where she taught international arbitration for more than eight years. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Aix-en-Provence Marseille III in 2008 and at Boston University School of Law in 2017. She acts as the independent observer in UNCITRAL second working group. Ling has published two monographs and more than 30 papers on issues of commercial arbitration and investment arbitration, and currently serves as Executive Editor in-Chief for the Shanghai International Arbitration Review. Qualified as a lawyer in mainland China and listed as arbitrators in multiple arbitration institutions, she has been appointed as arbitrators in several arbitrations conducted in Chinese arbitration institutions recently.

Weina is a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills (Shanghai Office), specialising in the resolution of cross-border disputes, particularly international arbitration. She is particularly experienced in energy, infrastructure, M&A, joint venture, international trade and other types of China-related disputes. She has represented and advised Chinese and multinational clients in various international arbitration cases conducted under the SIAC, ICC, HKIAC, CIETAC, SCC and UNCITRAL rules. Weina practices as a solicitor of England and Wales from 2011 and is qualified in mainland China (currently non-practising) from 2006. She has previously worked in London and Hong Kong offices of Herbert Smith Freehills, and speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.

Dr. Yichuan Qiu, Chief Inspector of Shanghai Shendi (Group) Co., Ltd, the CEO of Shanghai Shendi Traveling and Vacations Development Company and the director of a Sino-American cooperative enterprise for the Shanghai Disneyland project. He used to participate in the organization of the 2010 Shanghai World Exposition and the operation of the Shanghai Disneyland project, and is highly experienced in planning and organizing international projects. He was recommended to be an Asia Pacific Government Relations member under the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA), and is listed as an expert in the state intellectual property database. He is on the panels of arbitrators of SHIAC, SHIAC and many other arbitration institutions.
