Aisha is dual qualified in Kenya and in England & Wales. Aisha heads the disputes department at Anjarwalla & Khanna, covering offices in Nairobi and Mombasa. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on cross border litigation and arbitration, fraud and anti-corruption issues, money laundering and disputes over land, the environment and natural resources. She is the lead author of the Kenyan chapter of the 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th editions of the International Arbitration Review.

Jonathan is a Senior Associate at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP. He has represented governments and private clients in disputes in the energy, financial services, technology and telecommunications sectors under all major arbitration rules (including HKIAC, ICC, LCIA and SIAC. He also sits as arbitrator and has been appointed as both sole and party-appointed arbitrator. Jonathan has also advised international organizations and governments in Africa and Asia on public international law issues and WTO dispute settlement, and assisted with the drafting of legislation in Fiji, Iraq, Papua New Guinea and Somalia. He is part of the team representing Somalia in its WTO accession process.
