Ms. Man Chung is a registered social worker and worked for youngsters at the beginning of her social work career. Starting in 2013, she became a family mediator and turned to full-time practice in 2015 in HKCMAC Marriage Mediation Counselling Service Centre. As a Family Therapist, she is especially interested in integrating micro-counselling skills in the mediation process to promote client’s co-parenting abilities while practicing the Therapeutic Family Mediation Approach. Being trained to be a Child-inclusive Mediator, Man also put her efforts into helping families with teenage children by using CIM’s child assessment techniques to reflect children’s needs and emotions which facilitates agreement accomplishment.

Mr. WONG Po-wai is an Accredited Family Mediator and Certified Parenting Coordinator. He has more than 20 years of frontline experience of working with youth and divorced families. He joined The Hong Kong Catholic Marriage Advisory Council in 2017 as a Family Mediator and has been serving the high conflict parents and their children in the above Specialised Co-parenting Support Centre since 2019. Mr. Wong put his hearty effort in helping the children who are suffering in between divorced parents’ conflicts.
