Josephine Ma is an experienced solicitor and mediator with a career spanning over two decades. She specializes in high conflict general, commercial and family mediations, utilizing a diverse range of methodologies such as facilitative, transformative, evaluative, therapeutic, and high conflict mediation techniques. Josephine's expertise allows her to effectively guide parties towards resolving their conflicts. In addition to her mediation practice, she is a respected educator in the field, providing General Mediator Accreditation Training and serving as a Family Mediation Supervisor. Josephine has enriched the skills of over 1,000 professionals in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China, sharing her insights into mediation styles and the psychological principles of conflict resolution.

Man Chung is a registered social worker and worked for youngsters at the beginning of her social work career. Starting in 2013, she became a family mediator and turned to full-time practice in 2015 in HKCMAC Marriage Mediation Counselling Service Centre. As a Family Therapist, she is especially interested in integrating micro-counselling skills in the mediation process to promote client’s co-parenting abilities while practicing the Therapeutic Family Mediation Approach. Being trained to be a Child-inclusive Mediator, Man also put her efforts into helping families with teenage children by using CIM’s child assessment techniques to reflect children’s needs and emotions which facilitates agreement accomplishment.

Vivian So has extensive experience in working with divorced/separated families and is devoted to children and parenting work. As an experienced family mediation supervisor, she has concentrated on family mediation practice since 2011. She has become the assistant trainer of Family Mediation Training since 2017 (accredited by HKMAAL), coaching the Accredited Family Mediation courses and conducting the live supervision of Family Mediation for trainees. She has also been managing the CPD workshops approved by HKMAAL and the Mediation Training in different social services agencies, education institutes in Hong Kong, the Mainland and Macau.
