Mindy and Mavis have been working with divorce families from a "Family Centric and Child-focused Perspectives" for years. They are dedicated to work and strive for the wellbeing of parents and children from divorce families by designing various therapeutic and support services for them. Recent years, Mindy and Mavis have partnered with Professor Shirley Hung, Head of the Social Work Department of the Hong Kong Baptist University by applying Narrative Practice to build a therapeutic model for working with non-residing fathers and facilitate those fathers to rebuild identify and enhance co-parenting capacity.

Josephine is an experienced solicitor and mediator with a career spanning over two decades. She specializes in relationship and family mediation, utilizing a diverse range of methodologies such as facilitative, transformative, evaluative, therapeutic, and high conflict mediation techniques. Josephine's expertise allows her to effectively guide parties towards resolving their conflicts. In addition to her mediation practice, she is a respected educator in the field, providing General Mediator Accreditation Training and serving as a Family Mediation Supervisor. Josephine has enriched the skills of over 1,000 professionals in Hong Kong, Macau, and mainland China, sharing her insights into mediation styles and the psychological principles of conflict resolution.
