This workshop will cover investment treaty arbitration with a focus on PRC-related issues. Experienced practitioners will review investment treaty cases involving PRC parties; the most relevant jurisdictional, substantive and quantum issues for PRC parties; the PRC perspective on reforms around investor-state dispute settlement and investment treaty arbitration as administered by the HKIAC.

This workshop is suitable for those individuals with an interest in investment treaty arbitration as well as those with existing experience in the area.

The language of the workshop will be English.
