Hing Fung Leung
Mr. Leung is an Associate Professor (Practice) in the Department of Real Estate of Construction, University of Hong Kong. Whilst working as an academic, he is also practising as a barrister, arbitrator and mediator.
Mr. Leung is a General Accredited Mediator with HKMAAL, HKIAC, HKIS/HKIA and a listed mediator with Hong Kong Bar Association and HKIArb. He is an invited mediator of the International Court of Mediation of Shanghai Free Trade Zone. Besides, he is a member of the HKMAAL Council and a member of the HKIAC Mediator Accreditation Committee.
Over the past years, Mr. Leung has acted as mediator in many cases and has served on many occasions as Lead Assessor for HKMAAL, HKIAC and the Law Society of Hong Kong in their Stage 2 assessments for mediation. He frequently gives presentations in various academic and professional seminars and publishes articles in journals
Winston Siu
Mr. Siu has practised Evaluative Approach Mediation since 2009 in the PRC. He was awarded the best 2016 appointed mediator for the Dongguan People's Court No. 2. He is on the list of the BnR International Commercial Mediation Centre, Qianhai Court Commercial Mediator, Guangdong Federation of Industry and Commerce Mediation Centre, CCPIT Commercial Mediation Centre, HKMAAL, HKIAC, HKMCentre, and other mediation organizations. He is a lead trainer for the Evaluative Mediation Course for RICS.
