Conference participants are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Nevertheless, the HKIAC has reserved a limited number of rooms at the following rate at the Marco Polo Shenzhen from 10 - 12 September, 2019:
Superior Room:
- RMB 820/room/night (excluding breakfast) including 10% service charge and 6% VAT
- RMB 920/room/night (including 1 breakfast) including 10% service charge and 6% VAT
Deluxe Room:
- RMB 970/room/night (excluding breakfast) including 10% service charge and 6% VAT
- RMB 1,070/room/night (including 1 breakfast) including 10% service charge and 6% VAT
If you wish to take advantage of preferential rates, please complete and email this form to the Marco Polo Shenzhen at resv.shz@marcopolohotels.com on or before 8 September 2019. Each participant is responsible for his/her own room charges. Rooms are limited and reservations will be subject to availability.
